mahāparādhāḥ sukrūrāḥ parīhāraikavarjitāḥ /
te sarve smaraṇāttasya mahāmantrasya vaibhavāt //

all those very cruel, major transgressions, which are devoid of any single remedy,
dissolve immediately through the remembrance of that [mantra], by the majesty of that great mantra;
