cāṇḍālena yadā spṛṣṭo viṇmūtre ca kṛte dvijaḥ
prāyaścittaṃ trirātraṃ syādbhuktvocchiṣṭaḥ ṣaḍācaret
When a twice-born, having passed feces or urine, is touched by a Cāṇḍāla, / the penance would be a period of three nights; if he was polluted by food or saliva after eating, he should perform six.
