antyānāṃ bhuktaśeṣantu bhakṣayitvā dvijātayaḥ
cāndrāyaṇaṃ tadarddhārddhaṃ brahmakṣattraviśāṃ vidhiḥ

Having eaten the food remnants of outcastes, for the twice-born / a cāndrāyaṇa penance, half of it, and a quarter of it is the rule for Brahmins, Kṣatriyas, and Vaiśyas.
