anuvaṃśantu bhuñjāno dīrghamāyuravāpnuyāt
ārdrapādastu bhuñjīta nārdrapādastu saṃviśet

eating along the line of the house-beam, one attains long life; / one should eat with wet feet, but one should not sleep with wet feet;
