kaniṣṭhāṅguṣṭhayā nābhiṃ hṛdayañca talena vai
sarvvābhistu śiraḥ paścādvāhū cāgreṇa saṃspṛśet
with the little finger and thumb, the navel; the heart with the palm; / with all fingers, the head thereafter; and the two arms with the tips [of the fingers].
