mātāpitṛvihīnantu saṃskārodvahanādibhiḥ
yaḥ sthāpayati tasyeha puṇyasaṃkhyā na vidyate
One who establishes [a brāhmaṇa] deprived of mother and father / by means of rites of passage, marriage, and so forth, in this world there is no reckoning of his merit.
