na sthiraṃ kṣaṇamapyekamudakaṃ hi yathormibhiḥ
vātāhataṃ tathā cittaṃ tasmāttasya na viśvaset

Just as water is not still even for a single moment due to waves, / so is the mind struck by the wind [of desire]; therefore, one must not trust it.
