suvarṇadānaṃ godānaṃ bhūmidānaṃ gavāhnikam
viprebhyaḥ saṃprayaccheta prāyaścittī viśudhyati
A gift of gold, a gift of a cow, a gift of land, and daily food for cows— / he should bestow [these] upon Brahmins; the penitent becomes pure.
