ekāhena tu gomūtraṃ vyahenaiva tu gomayam
tryahātkṣīreṇa saṃyuktaṃ caturthe dadhimiśritam

On one day [he drinks] cow urine, on two days cow dung; / after three days mixed with milk; on the fourth combined with curds;
