brāhmaṇyanaśanaṃ kuryātkṣattriyā snānamācaret
sacailaṃ vaiśyajātīnāṃ naktaṃ śūdre vinirdiśet
The Brahmin woman should fast, the Kṣatriya woman should bathe; / for women of the Vaiśya caste, [a bath] with clothes on; for a Śūdra woman, a nighttime meal should be prescribed.
