prāśyāpare'hnyupavasetkṛcchraṃ sāṃtapanaṃ caret

Having consumed the five products of the cow—cow's milk, curd, urine, clarified butter, [and dung]— / one should fast on the next day; one should observe the Sāṃtapana penance.
