snātvopāsya dvijaḥ sandhyāṃ devādīṃścaiva tarpayet .. 3.3 ..
Having performed his purification, attended to the fire, cleansed his teeth with water, / bathed, and worshipped the sandhyā, the twice-born should offer water libations to the deities and other beings.
