ye nṛśaṃsā durātmānaḥ pāpadharmavivarjitāḥ
te'pi yānti paraṃ sthānaṃ nārāyaṇaparāyaṇāḥ
Even those who are cruel, wicked, and devoid of the merit of dharma, / go to the supreme state if they are devoted entirely to Nārāyaṇa.
