brāhmaṇaḥ sa bhaveccaiva devānāmapi daivatam
pratyakṣañcaiva lokasya brahmatejo hi kāraṇam
That brahmin is indeed a deity even of the gods, / and visibly so of the world; for brahminical splendor is the cause.
