idaṃ vyāsamataṃ nityamadhyetavyaṃ prayatnataḥ
etaduktācāravataḥ patanaṃ nava vidyate
This opinion of Vyāsa should be studied constantly with effort; / for one who observes the conduct stated here, there is never any fall.

iti śrīvedavyāsīye dharmaśāstre gṛhasthāśramapraśaṃsādivarṇano nāma caturtho'dhyāyaḥ
Thus ends the fourth chapter, titled 'The Description of the Praise of the Householder Stage of Life and Other Topics', in the treatise on socio-religious duty composed by holy Vedavyāsa.
