abhojyāś cāpratigrāhyā asaṃpāṭhyā vivāhinaḥ /
pūyante 'nuvrate cīrṇe sarve te ṛkthabhāginaḥ //
They whose food must not be eaten, whose gifts must not be received, with whom one must not study or intermarry, / are purified when the following vow has been completed, and all become shares of the inheritance.
