tair eva śuklatāṃ candre vidadhānam ivāniśam
antarasthena hariṇā vigatāśeṣakalmaṣam //
With those hands it was as it were constantly producing the radiancy of the moon; and every stain of guilt was removed from it by Hari's (Vishnu's) residence within its limits.
