saṃkare jātayas tv etāḥ pitṛmātṛpradarśitāḥ
pracchannā vā prakāśā vā veditavyāḥ svakarmabhiḥ //

All members of those mixed castes, whether their descent has been kept secret or is generally known, may be found out by their acts.
