Vaiṣṇava Dharmaśāstra 17.19

17.19
brāhmādiṣu caturṣu vivāheṣv aprajāyām atītāyāṃ tadbhartuḥ ||
If a woman married according to (one of the first) four rites, beginning with the Brâhma rite, dies without issue, that (Strîdhana) belongs to her husband.
