atha cet śūdravarjaṃ brāhmaṇasya putratrayaṃ bhavet, tadā taddhanaṃ navadhā vibhajeyuḥ ||

Again, if there are three sons of a Brâhmana (by wives of different castes), but no son by a Sûdra (wife) among them, they shall divide the estate into nine parts.
