ācāryaṃ svam upādhyāyaṃ pitaraṃ mātaraṃ gurum
nirhṛtya tu vratī pretān na vratena viyujyate //
A student does not infringe the rules of his order by carrying out, when dead, his teacher, or his sub-teacher, or his father, or his mother, or his Guru.
