brāhmaṇasya bhūmyapaharaṇaṃ nikṣepāpaharaṇaṃ suvarṇasteyasamam ||
Appropriating to one's self land belonging to a Brâhmana or a deposit (belonging to a Brâhmana and not consisting of gold) are crimes equal to a theft of gold (belonging to a Brâhmana).
