yady aprakāśaṃ hīnamūlyaṃ ca krīṇīyāt, tadā kretā vikretā ca cauravac chāsyau ||
He who embezzles goods belonging to a corporation (of Brâhmanas, and which have been sent to them by the king or by private persons), shall be banished.
