Vaiṣṇava Dharmaśāstra 5.19

hīnavarṇo 'dhikavarṇasya yenāṅgenāparādhaṃ kuryāt tad evāsya śātayet ||
With whatever limb an inferior insults or hurts his superior in caste, of that limb the king shall cause him to be deprived.
