droheṇa ca nāmajātigrahaṇe daśāṅgulo 'sya śaṅkur nikheyaḥ ||

If a (low-born man) mentions the name or caste of a superior revilingly, an iron pin, ten inches long, shall be thrust into his mouth (red hot).
