vapanamekhalādaṇḍabhaikṣyacaryāvratāni punaḥsaṃskārakarmaṇi varjanīyāni ||

On their second initiation, the tonsure, the girding with the sacred string, the wearing of the staff, and the begging of alms shall be omitted.
