anudakamūtrapurīṣakaraṇe sacailaṃ snānaṃ mahāvyāhṛtihomaś ca ||

He who has (unawares) voided excrements without water (being near), must bathe in his clothes, pronounce the 'great words,' and offer a burnt-oblation.
