gṛhītadhanapraveśārtham eva yat sthāvaraṃ dattaṃ tat gṛhītadhanapraveśe dadyāt ||

That immovable property which has been delivered, restorable when the sum borrowed is made good, (the creditor) must restore when the sum borrowed has been made good.
