āmaśrāddheṣu kāmyeṣu ca prathamapañcakenāgniṃ hutvā ||

After having (worshipped the Visvedevâs and) offered a burnt-oblation: during the recitation of the first Pañkaka (pentad) at a Srâddha repast consisting of undressed grain or performed for the gratification of a special desire;
