tatpāvanāya kūśmāṇḍībhir dvijo 'gniṃ ghṛtena juhuyāt ||
In order to expiate the sin thus committed, such a witness), if he belongs to a twice-born caste, must pour an oblation in the fire, consecrating it with the texts called Kûshmândî.
