kūpārāmataḍāgeṣu devatāyataneṣu ca
punaḥ saṃskārakartā ca labhate maulikaṃ phalam //

He who consecrates anew a well, or a park, or a pool, or a temple (when they have been soiled) obtains the same reward as he who first made them.
