yasyāpsu plavate bījaṃ hlādi mūtraṃ ca phenilam |
pumān syāl lakṣaṇaiḥ etair viparītais tu ṣaṇḍakaḥ ||
"He whose seed floats on water, whose urine is non-burning and frothy, / would be a man by these characteristics; but with the opposite [traits], a eunuch."
