bhūmiṃ yaḥ pratigṛhnāti yaś ca bhūmiṃ prayacchati |
ubhau tau puṇyakarmāṇau niyatau svargagāminau ||
and because praise of gifting is seen: / "He who receives land, and he who gives land— / both of them are performers of virtuous deeds, destined to go to heaven."
