yo 'dattādāyino hastāl lipseta brāhmaṇo dhanam |
yājanādhyāpanenāpi yathā stenas tathaiva saḥ ||

If a Brahmin seeks to obtain wealth from the hand of one who takes what is not given, / even by sacrificing for him or teaching him, he is just like a thief. (MDh 8.340)
