tathaiva saptame bhakte bhaktāni ṣaḍ anaśnatā |
aśvastanavidhānena hartavyaṃ hīnakarmaṇaḥ ||
iti | (MDh 11.16)
"Likewise, at the seventh mealtime, by one who has not eaten six meals, / [grain] should be taken from one of low deeds, according to the rule of having nothing for the morrow." (MDh 11.16)
