tat kṛtvā jihvāgreṇa sarvato ghaṭṭanam agre ca vyadhanam iti parimṛṣṭakam//
(6) When, after kissing it, he touches it with his tongue everywhere, and passes the tongue over the end of it, it is called "rubbing."
