īśvara uvāca
cūlake dhvajadaṇḍe ca(4) dhvaje devakule tathā /
pratiṣṭhā ca yathoddiṣṭā(5) tathā skanda vadāmi te(6) //
The Lord said: / The consecration for the crest-pole, the flagpole, / the flag, and the temple, as it has been taught, / that, O Skanda, I shall relate to you.
