saṃpuṭaṃ sphuṭitaṃ vyaṅgaṃ liṅgamityevamādikaṃ /
ityādiduṣṭaliṅgānāṃ yojyā piṇḍī(3) tathā vṛṣaḥ //
[If] a liṅga is sealed, cracked, defective in its parts, and so forth— / for such flawed liṅgas, the pedestal as well as the bull [should be replaced].
