gandharvābhyāṃ(1) dakṣiṇe syādvāruṇye paścime tathā /
saumyadvāraṃ saumyapade kāryā haṭṭāstu vistarāḥ //
on the south it should be at Gandharva, and likewise on the west at Vāruṇa; / the northern gate at the Saumya plot; and extensive marketplaces should be made.
