gaurī śrīrūpiṇī tepe tapastāmabravīddhariḥ(3) /
avāpsyasi tvamadhyātmyaṃ nāmnā śrīparvatastava //
Gaurī, taking the form of Śrī, practiced ascetic austerity. Hari said to her:
“You will attain spiritual supremacy, and [this place] will bear your name, Śrīparvata.
