gayāsurastathetyuktvāpatattasya śirasyatha(2) /
yāgaṃ cakāra calite dehi pūrṇāhutiṃ(3) vibhuḥ //
Gayāsura said “So be it,” and fell upon his head.
When [the demon] shook, the lord performed the sacrifice, [offering] the final oblation upon the body.
