devarūpā śilā puṇyā tasmāddevamayī śilā /
gayāyāṃ nahi tat sthānaṃ yatra tīrthaṃ na vidyate //
The holy slab is of the form of the gods; therefore the slab is made of the deities. / There is no place in Gayā where there is no sacred ford.
