bāle vṛddhe 'stage śukre gṛhakarma vivarjayet /
agnidāho bhayaṃ rogo rājapīḍā dhanakṣatiḥ //
or when Venus is infant, aged, or set, one should avoid house-building work: / [otherwise there will be] burning by fire, fear, disease, oppression by the king, and loss of wealth.
