vahnibhiścāhataṃ kṛtvā(1) rūpantatraiva nikṣipet /
spandanaṃ nāḍyāḥ phalāni saprāṇaspandanaṃ punaḥ //
Having multiplied by three, one should add one there.
The results are the vibration of the nāḍī, along with the vibration of the breath.
