daśakotisahasrāṇi arvudānyarvudaṃ haret(1) /
trayodaśe ca lakṣāṇi pramāṇaṃ kūrmarūpiṇaḥ //
One should take ten hundred thousand crores, hundred millions, [and] a hundred million;
and in the thirteenth, lakhs: [this is] the measure of the Tortoise-formed one.
