jitā diśaḥ pāṇḍavaiś ca rājyañcakre yudhiṣṭhiraḥ /
bahusvarṇaṃ(3) rājasūyaṃ na sehe taṃ suyodhanaḥ //
Urged by his brother Duḥśāsana and by Karṇa, who had gained prosperity, / and with Śakuni acting in the gambling match, through dice he [conquered] Yudhiṣṭhira.
