īśvara uvāca
ṣaṣṭyabdānāṃ pravakṣyāmi śubhāśubhamataḥ śṛṇu /
prabhave yajñakarmāṇi vibhave sukhino janāḥ //
The Lord said: / I will declare the auspicious and inauspicious [effects] of the sixty years; listen to that! / In Prabhava, sacrificial rites [flourish]; in Vibhava, people are happy.
