kṛtvā karāṅganyāsañca sandhyāvandanamācaret /
vāmā jyeṣṭhā tathā raudrīṃ sandhyātrayamanukramāt //
Having performed the nyāsa on the hands and limbs, one should perform the twilight adoration; / in succession to the three twilights: Vāmā, Jyeṣṭhā, and Raudrī.
