accompanied by three and a half morae, preceded by the praṇava, [is] the crest-mantra to Śiva.

savījatryakṣaraḥ
“Oṃ kṣrauṃ, homage to the Crest-Bhairava!” Skhīṃ, skhauṃ, skheṃ is the three-syllabled [mantra] with seed-syllables.
