sarvotpātasamutpattau pañcabhirdaśabhirdvijaiḥ /
nāsti loke sa utpāto yo hy anena na śāmyati //
When all kinds of portents arise, [it should be performed] by five or ten twice-born men. / There is no portent in the world that is not pacified by this.
